Frequently Asked Questions
1
Does Catering Concepts have necessary licenses & permits for an event in northwest Arkansas?
Yes. We stay up to date on all of our catering permits. We also have an outstanding track record with the health department and fire department making sure our business is always within code.
2
What if there is something I want for my event that is not on the menu?
We do accommodate special requests when possible. Our menu has been thoughtfully developed with a high-end focus, so while we may not offer exactly what you're looking for, there's a good chance we have something similar. We’re always happy to guide you toward the best option to match your vision and taste.
3
Who will be my point of contact for my event?
Every event has what we call a "lead." This will be your point of contact during the event. All of our leads are trained to problem solve to ensure that you feel comfortable and are enjoying your event.
4
How soon should I let you know if I'm wanting to use your services?
As soon as possible. We operate on a first come first serve basis. Most all catering companies have similar offerings at similar prices. We book up months in advance so the sooner you put down the deposit, the more likely we'll be available for your event.
5
Does Catering Concepts offer tastings?
Yes. We offer tastings Friday and Saturday, 12pm - 2pm. More information regarding tastings will be communicated by one of our event specialists when you request a proposal.
6
What happens to the leftovers?
Leftovers are a common part of catered events, and we always prepare a bit more than what’s contracted to ensure our team is well taken care of. After our staff has eaten, any remaining food can be boxed up for you to take home — or, if you prefer, we’re happy to donate it to a local shelter on our way back to the shop.
7
How many guests are you able to accommodate?
We specialize in large-scale events, serving anywhere from 100 to 1,000 guests with ease. Our team is equipped to handle the logistics, service, and attention to detail required to make big events feel seamless and memorable.
8
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the agreed event date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as staffing, planning, and ordering will already be underway. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
