Our mission is "Catering Done Well." That's why our menu is crafted and prepared by a multiple Iron Chef Arkansas winner. We use fresh, local ingredients which means the menu rotates based on availability of seasonal produce. We love great food and we love providing experiences that exceed expectations.
Taste of Arkansas
Chicken and/or Pork and seasonal vegetables on a bed of red Arkansas rice
Tuscan Pastas
Chicken and/or Italian sausage with seasonal vegetables on fresh Penne or Fettuccine
Southwest Fajitas
Steak and/or Chicken fajitas with grilled veggies and scratch made salsa on fresh tortillas
French Quarter Fare
Andouille Sausage and/or Bourbon Chicken on our fresh Jambalaya rice.
Mediterranean Garden
Moroccan Chicken and/or fresh Salmon with Icarian inspired vegetables on Greek Rice

Our Favorites Menu starts at $15.00 per plate.
Minimum 25 plates on a Catering order. Large Order discount tiers are available at 50, 100, 150, and 250 plates, for very large or multi-day events (500+ plates) pricing is negotiable. Please contact us for event service options and additional charges.
