I have the privilege of working alongside my two sons, and together with our dedicated team — who truly feel like family — we strive to create more than just meals. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and became the proud owner of Catering Concepts. Just months later, the world faced unprecedented challenges. Like many small business owners, I encountered obstacles I never could have anticipated. Yet through it all, I remained grounded in my love for food and deeply committed to the community that had always supported us.
What began as a period of uncertainty soon became a journey of growth and transformation. Through innovative solutions such as curbside service, micro-events, and strategic adaptations, we not only weathered the storm — we emerged stronger.
